Plus, in my review, I stated that the German made Jahns do not make a huge difference. I feel they do make enough of a difference to be worth the $17 each. I was more interested in reliability over some Honda-esque racer-boy purple light. Plus the higher wattage superwhites or hyperwhites tend to burn out pretty fast, especially in the A4 projector-style small enclosure (a lot of heat generated). My friend had some of those over-wattage Eruo-whatevers in his Jeep and they lasted about two months before one blew out. I am on four months with the Jahns and going strong.

Assuming I'm willing to risk more frequent bulb burnout, can the A4's electrical system handle the 85 watt bulbs?

Does anyone know if turbo cooldown is required for a MY 2000 1.8T?

I was told that if I take it easy on the gas pedal during the last few minutes of driving I should be ok, or you should let the car idle for a couple minutes after driving it hard. I've seen mine glow since I chipped it which caused some concern for the unit.

Mine glowed last night after spirited driving, that convinces me it needs to cool off a bit.
