As with every money pit, there is a laundry list of things I need to fix/replace. On the top of the list is a very slight leak in the unfinished basement. Next is a leaky washing machine (seeing a pattern?).

Anyhow, once it's respectable, I'll snap some photos and coordinate a barbeque. :) OK, back to cleaning/unpacking for now.
