but only every once in a while an when i do its always after the oil temp has risen to about 175-180 and afterwards i always allow at least a minute for the engine to cool off before shutting it down.

until the car is warmed up i drive like a grandma and try my hardest to not even hit any boost (difficult with a k03)

I wait till its hot before hitting the gas...never usually let it cool off though. Thats gonna change now
