Ladies and Gentleman, it's my great pleasure to announce our first cruise of the season! Mark your calendars on March 20th, 2003. This first official day of spring we will spend driving out to Annapolis and having a grand lunch there. We can do a little sightseeing and come back home at our own paces or in groups. I will post details in this thread as they come in, right now the cruise out is planned and details can be found below. Parking is taken care of Crossroad style, we will be parking far from general public on a secured lot! Dining is reserved and tables await our arrival! Keep in mind this is a CRUISE, not a DRIVE!
INFORMATION:
PLEASE RESPOND IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING SO THAT WE CAN NOTIFY THE PARKING LOT AND RESTAURANT OF YOUR SPOT!
-Staging Area #1: Manassas KOHLS (map)
Departing to Destination 2 at 8:30AM SHARP!
-Staging Area #2: Alexandria KOHLS (map)
Departing to Annapolis at 9:30AM SHARP!
-Parking
$10 (paid at Staging Area 2)
This covers SECURED parking for our cars SEPERATED FAR from any general parking, and Shuttle Service every 15 minutes into downtown Annapolis. VALID PHOTO ID REQUIRED TO ENTER. This is for all day parking. You are welcome to park anywhere else if you wish and not in this secure lot. Cars will be tagged at Staging Area 2 for Entry into the lot.
-Lunch @ The Harbor
At 1PM We have reservations at Philips down at the waterfront. The view is great and tables await. Below are the details, if you are meeting us in Annapolis, this is where you want to catch everyone.
CROSSROAD CRUISELINER LUNCH MENU
$16.99 plus tax and gratuity.
All entrées are served with a cup of Phillips vegetable crab soup, rolls and butter, chef's dessert of the day, coffee, tea & soft drinks.
Entrée Selections:

Premium Crab Cake and Fruit
Phillips' premium crab cake, broiled and served with a variety of seasonal fresh fruit and cole slaw.

Cashew Crusted Mahi-Mahi
A broiled fillet of mahi-mahi, rubbed in a cashew crusting and topped with a sweet Caribbean pepper jelly. Served with the chef's choice of potato and the vegetable of the day.
or
Southern Fried Half Maryland Chicken
A half Maryland chicken fried with Chesapeake seasonings and served with french fries and cole slaw.
Menu selections and prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added.
So roughly $21 Dollars with tip included.
