It is a brazilian steakhouse. They have a large variety of meats on the grill which are brought to the table on the skewers and sliced onto your plate. They also have a large salad bar which includes some hot dishes, fruits and veggies. You have a stopper on the table which tells them whether you want them to continue to bring meats over, or if you want to rest and digest for a bit.

The key to eating and getting your money's worth at this style of restaurant is to eat slowly and use the stopper so that you can digest a bit in between plates. In brazil, when people go to these restaurants, they are normally there for hours :)

The dinner price of $24.95 is for all you can eat of the meats and salad bar. Drinks and dessert are not included.

I am talking with them to see if they can offer any specials which include drinks or dessert and I will keep you all posted.

they have an a la carte menu available for those who are not interested in the buffet. that menu is available on the site linked in my original post, above.

i spoke with a manager there and they do have some options for parties of 20 or more, which it looks like we will be. the only downside is that they lock everyone into the buffet and they try to place a time limit on the dinner. they also require a deposit and have some other conditions.
