Thanks. Asim 01-01-2003, 10:21 AM Jamie Hebb at Len Stoler hepled me order my 01 A4 and total time from when I parked my car to when I left with order prepared was about 35 minutes. No pressure to buy what was on lot, and I got it for $1K over invoice (~3.4% over invoice with my options). I would definitely go back to him. I do not feel as striong about their service department though, not as customer service oriented as Audi of Alexandria where I take it now. DanosS4 01-03-2003, 07:32 AM I use Len Stoler for service. I didn't buy my car from them, but they just about always offer me a loaner. It is also very easy to get an appointment. I can usually pick the day I want. They have always been easy to deal with. Email me if you have any questions about them. S4suckit 01-03-2003, 12:38 PM I also got my car from Jamie Hebb. Very nice guy to deal with. I bought an S4 and it was a please dealing with him. I also use the service department there, I have had only one problem with them. SOme stuff was missing from my car after I had a service done. No big deal, they cut me a check and everything was fine. Also I am chipped and have never had any questions asked. Valley motors to me was no good. Have had terrible times with the sales department, but the service dept seems alright. |
