I could use this group's advice. I am considering leasing an A4 Cabriolet in the next few months. I visited Valley Motors in Baltimore to test drive the car, and was none too impressed with the sales experience. Is the other Baltimore dealer a little better to work with? Because the car will be under warrenty, I will be using the dealer for regular service. Are one of the two of them decent to deal with? My experience at Valley Motors was so negative I'm having second thoughts about the whole Audi direction.
Thanks.

Well, I had a similiar experience to that when I bought my S4. I went to valley and they just kind of looked me over and passed me around. Little did they know that I wanted to buy a car that day and a check in my pocket to do so. So I chatted with a few sales people and they didnt seem to care. I figured that since they also sell porsche and Benzes that an Audi is no big deal to them. So took my business to Len Stoler Audi. It was like night and day. Jaime I think was his name, he was great. Gave me they keys we took one for a spin, 2 days later she was all mine. No hassles, no bull****, all fun. Hope this helps. Also my car is chipped and they habve never denied any service under warrenty, although my sunglasses disappeared when I got my car detailed. But they sent me a check for reimbursment.

in the past (used and it was a good deal) but they were OK. I do have a few TT friends that have used them for service and Valley is very Mod unfriendly.
Now, Len Stoler has been very good to me. They have not given me the run around on mods, if the part was broke, they fixed it. If it was related to something I did, then they did not. No games.
As for the buying experience? I went in there with Carpenter shorts, Sandals and a T-Shirt and they let me drive a TT (later to become mine) no questions asked.
I was happy with Len Stoler
