View Full Version : Pittsburgh/Cleveland folks...Oktoberfest this weekend at the new Beaver Run race track

It's about 30 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and probably 90 minutes from downtown Cleveland.

Post here if you plan to attend (and approx. time).

Brief synopsis:
BeaveRun celebrates Oktoberfest 2002 with two days of festivities. Proud owners of German marque vehicles will have the opportunity to show off their pride and joy in the Concours Competition. Each marque will be awarded with a Best in Class award and one individual will take home the Best Overall award. Also, the Mid-Ohio Porsche Club will run hot laps around BeaveRun's newly opened 1.6-mile, 12-turn north course.<ul><li><a href="http://www.beaverun.com/event_oktoberfest.asp">Beaver Run Oktoberfest</a></li></ul>

I was just about to post about it!
I will be there Saturday if my girlfriend wants to go, or Sunday if she doesn't. I'll know tomorrow.

I just happenned to hear about this on WDVE. The website doesn't have too much information...I sent an e-mail to the address on the site, but the e-mail was rejected.


Unless I hear the times of certain events, I plan to be there sometime Saturday afternoon.

Sorry no I don't I heard about it on The X (WXDX) on the way into work the other day. I'm not sure if I'll make it. I asked my girlfriend if she wanted to go with my on Saturday and when she looked at the web site and saw that it was yet-another-car-thing she just rolled her eyes.

Phil who is without his A4 because the jerks at Day Audi ordered the wrong fender !!!!
