Well for the first ride that I setup it didn't do to bad. We had about 17 people show up 5 of them from the dcAudi group and the rest are direct personal friends of mine or from work. I hope that for future rides that people will talk with there friends and spread the word about the great time that we are having and bring new faces to the group.

As far as the rest of the day went here is the scoop. The trail ended up claming its victims from our group just as it does miscellaneous riders on a daily basis, one of witch was myself. Wile trying to get into good position for taking good camera shots I impaled myself on my handle bars and ended up spending 4 hours in Shady Grove Emergency room later that night. After being poked with IV's and Cat Scanned I went home with a rather large burse and some good stories. As far as the other riders in the group they got off easy, so I guess you can say I took the MVP for falls for the day. Make sure that you visit the Downloads page to get a look at the shots I was able to get of some of the riders in our group. This is only version 1 of the final so be patient with me as I will add more and more as we go to more rides.

Right now there is not another ride planned as of yet but I'll make an announcement this week about details on the next adventure that awaits. Some of the ideas and suggestions that were made after the run for next time was to find a trail/park that has accommodations that will allow us to grill and maybe strike up a game of Volleyball afterwards instead of trying to find a restaurant in the area. If anyone else has any ides on how to make anything go better please let me know!
