It won't even affect the warranty if they use non-Audi parts. The non-Audi parts themselves won't be covered by Audi, of course. Also, if non-factory parts cause another component or part to go bad, the warranty won't cover that either. As an example, if you use Autolite sparkplugs instead of the factory Bosch ones, your engine is still covered under warranty. However, if the sparkplug disintigrates or somethin, or was the wrong plug for the engine, and damages your engine, you're not covered.
