They have mailorder so they can deliver...I am not sure if Magnolia can. Probably can't go wrong with either.<ul><li><a href="http://www.babycakesnyc.com/">Babycakes</a></li></ul>

Un beleiveable cupcakes without the attitude of cupcake cafe or Magnolia bakery. Not sure of their delivery range.
