I used to go snowmobiling up in Island Pond, VT (20 miles south of Canadian border). I got frost bite one time because I went across the lake with my visor down on a -32 degree morning.

Moral of the story, don't snowmobile with your visor down in -32 degree weather, you'll get frost bite.

The day after I took that picture, I headed south towards the storm, and barricade myself in Hartford for the night. I was stuck there two days before I could get home.

when I left at 630, and was about 12 when I arrived in parsippany around 730 (and the sun was up by that point)...
