How the hell do you disconnect it from the long ignition cylinder? I couldn't f'in figure out how it's held in there. Any input is appreciated.

you need a paperclip theres a little slot in the outer edge of the center section where the ke enters the clynder you have to turn it to the first position then the paperclip should slide all the way through and you could pull out the clynder if you need any help you can email me themightydellz@aol.com email me thats not the part you talking about
