Had this cool experience tonight with my 2 day old 2k 1.8T; I'm on a two lane parkway slowly catching a newer A8. He's the only other car on the road. As we come two a sweeping left turn I
catch him and slide by in the inside lane. He glances over to see what this other car with
xenons is and gives a surprised nod of appreciation when he sees it's another Audi! Sweet! If
someone were standing at the bend it would have looked like the quintessential Audi family
commercial. Also this totally goes against the typical sneering reactions 740il give me in my
girlfreinds E46 323i. An Audi person is an Audi person.

and I caught up with him (them, a couple) in my Black A4. They noticed too that I was driving an Audi, and as I looked over the wife was nodding her head at me (perhaps at the car) up and down. But I think they were trying to figure out what kind of Audi I was driving because I took off the A4 and 1.8T badge decals and replaced them with an Avante Garde sports decal which looks like the S4 version (as well as some other Avante Garde body modifications).
