we need a heated garage - with water, electricity, and heat, for a weekend 2 day detail session

because the water was freezing on the car. It actually was not that bad after the first 5 minutes, i either was frozen and could not feel it anymore or I worked up a sweat to keep me warm, too cold to tell.
