I am interested in getting a pre-owned Audi in Westchester. I've been to New Country Greenwich(*ssholes)

Palisades Audi (Tried to sell me a so called clean 99.5 A4. Before knowing the difference between 99 and 99.5, I bought it and found out through audiworld that the stupid dealer sold me a 99 so I gave the car back. It was also making a horrible grinding noise from the front right spindle. Wasn't the brakes. The dealer tried to tell me it was because of the four wheel drive. F in idiot. Little short guy with red hair. And on top of all that, the black front lower air dam was coming off too and I noticed it when I took the car home. Bastards.

Lastly, I've been to Eastchester Audi and they were just complete snobby pricks. So my last choice which is a little far is Mohegan Lake. How are they? Anybody buy a car from them? I'm sick of these freakin snobs in Westchester. I'm far from a rich piece of crap like these people. I mean, you are f in salesman. Get off your damn high horse. Please please help. I want an A4 by the end of DEC!!!! Thanks guys.

Not really westchester but Audi of Fairfield (aka United Auto Audi) was/is great. I dealt with Marc Alpern who was very helpful with the whole thing. I originally went to Palisades b/c they are two minutes from my house but they were useless, they have also screwed up a repair on my car since I've owned it so I don't recomend them for serivce either. I met Marc at the NY autoshow, told him I what I wanted and said I needed it in 2 weeks and gave him my best price. Marc found everything I wanted with the exception of one option the 5 speed and he beat my best price by a few hundred bucks (after adding in the cost of the tranny). I have my 10,000 mile service at Audi of Fairfield tomorrow so I'll let you know how that goes but as for sales they were pretty good IMHO.

I bought my A8 from Audi of Fairfield as well. Everyone I have dealt with there has been great. However, for service, you may want to speak to Dave Delaney at New Country in Greenwich. He'll take great care of you AND your car.

eastchester sucks and there service isnt all that either. Biener audi is OK. but they are in great neck LI, I go there and Im in the bronx.

Dave is a typical BS'er telling me my door was aligned properly so as not to make wind noise, freaking fool! Why aren't all teh rest the same way?


I'd be careful who you recommend as many here have had different experiences....

DO Not, I repeat DO NOT go to Danbury Porche Audi Volks in Danbury CT. I dont know if this was a possibility for you, but it is AWFUL...
List of offenses that have occured there:
Stolen from my vehicle $700 worth of CDs ( yeah my fault for leaving them in the car)
Scratching of bumper skins front and rear
Dent in Lh Door panel
'forgetting' to put the dipstick back in after an oilchange
scratching two rims while having them replaced ( thanks to the town of new milford for not fixing theri potholes)... when they offered to replace the rim with the most damage, they again scratched it, and said, 'hey be happy with what you've got" ( 17in sport rims..)
so suffice it to say, not too happy with them...
