Anyone have experience with Biener Audi?
How are both their sales dept and service?

The sales experience was great, no hassle. The service department experience so far is ok, only 1 visit for some minor things. They did give me a loaner when I asked for one, 8 miles walk home from dealership is not fun. 8) But the loaner was an Altima.

I would NEVER buy a car there. If that's how bad they want my business, just imagine what a visit to service must be like?!?!?! F@CK THEM!
