Let me know what information you find out about this dealer (i.e. mod friendly)

I went there 3 times and was disapointed by the service department. I bought my car at Zumbach in NYC and I felt as though I was not treated the same from their own customers. Many times I returned to Zumbach for service.

Keep in mind that I am demanding for customer service (not a snob!).

Our A4 was in for 30k service recently- came back with brake fluid all over the reservoir and cap, oil around the filler cap and in the space between the heat shield and the block on the turbo side of the engine, missing 3 Dzus fasteners for the undertray, screwdriver mark on one of the centercaps for the wheels and brake fluid on the wheels and calipers. WTF?

I've written the GM a letter, we'll see how they respond, I'm opening up a claim w/ AoA. To their credit, the service manager replaced the Dzus fasteners w/o too much complaint on a Friday afternoon after calling them and explaining the problem.

So when the temp sender recently died, I drove the car 100 miles to Don Rosen in Philly to have that fixed- no problems from them.

Ok, in june i bought my car from Pal Audi, a certified pre-owned (Audiassured) 99 white A4 1.8tq. The price was incredably low for the condition of the car (or so i thought). I asked the salesman about the car and he said it had never been in an accident, and was assured untill 50k miles or 2 years. This was satisfactory to me so i purchased the car. Upon closer inspection i found a few blemishes on the car....various paint chips (no big deal, i was expecting this) but what really shocked me was that the car seems to have been repainted (i figured this was the case with the ****ty paint job and some strange pieces of rubber with white paint on em from a poor masking job). Im figuring the car was close to totaled and then salvaged, I dont really know for sure tho, they also havent sent me the title to the car yet, and its been over 3 months. Also after taking delivery of the car i noticed a bad vibration from 60-80mph, i tookthe car back and they balanced the rear wheels which solved the problem. Im worried about the alignment of the car, i had an a6 that i slid into a curb in the snow and even after close to 30 hrs on an alignment rack the car was never able to be perfectly aligned and had uneven tire wear due to a "tweaked" frame. Im just praying this is not the case with my a4. without having the title i am feeling a little powerless. both myself and my mom (the legal purchaser of the car) have called numerous times and pal audi keeps saying theyll find out whats up with the title and get back to us, they never have...im going to take a ride up there sometime soon and cause a hella big scene if i dont get that title in another week. Ive chipped the car already but its a modular garrett chip so i dont think theyll notice anything aft6er i swap the stock one back in. If anyone has any advice please let me know what to do. The salesman said that a salvaged car cannot be audiassured, but this one was def repainted and im scared to find out why...
