I actually was treated like a customer there. Every other dealer (who will remain nameless) has treated me like crap. Other dealers gave me the run around, blaming this and that for a particular problem when it was not so.
I went to Fairfield after being dissapointed with other places and they were great. One of the Techs came out with me for a ride so that he could help pinpoint the problems I had. They took the car in, fixed it, then the tech came out on a drive with me after to make sure everything was to my liking.
Other dealers had said my wheel bearings were fine, and it was just low tread on my tires making noise. The tech pulled my right rear wheel bearing and he said it fell apart in his hands. They also cleared up the annoying chirp coming from the front end over bumps. The pads came lose and when the car went over bumps they would make a chirping noise. They pulled apart the brake assy and lubed everything up and tightened everything up.
My car will be going to Fairfield for service from now on...
