May be getting back into an Audi. I used to take it to then Advantage.

Millennium is too far

Worst service experience ever at Audi West.

The Momentum group is a rotten road apple. had numerous problems, including backing my car into a wall on two seperate occassions when in for service, sad when a dealer inflicts more damage in a couple days than the owner does in years of ownership of a vehicle on Houston streets, and we have more than our share of F'n Tards on the road here :^) this group also ran off most of the really good techs that were at Mahaan and Don McGill when they took over, some of the guys held on for a while, but then moved to Millennium when it opened.

there are many answers and many experiences here. I prefer Momentum, other prefer Millennium. None seem to prefer Audi West.

It all depends on your experience. Create a relationship with a service manager, and mechanic if you can. Relationships often trump service recommendations.

My $0.02

Millenium is privately owned. The other dealerships are corporate. And Kevin is one of the best mechanics in the greater Houston area. Also, ask for Mike in service -- busy, but attentive to your needs, and understands the love of Audis. And getting service isn't something that takes 3 weeks to get an appointment! I've grown accustomed to the job being done right the first time (imagine that...) which drove me away from Momentum.

Yeah, it is worth the drive.
