HoustonA5 12-12-2008, 04:42 PM there are many answers and many experiences here. I prefer Momentum, other prefer Millennium. None seem to prefer Audi West. It all depends on your experience. Create a relationship with a service manager, and mechanic if you can. Relationships often trump service recommendations. My $0.02 A6S4 01-15-2009, 11:16 AM Millenium is privately owned. The other dealerships are corporate. And Kevin is one of the best mechanics in the greater Houston area. Also, ask for Mike in service -- busy, but attentive to your needs, and understands the love of Audis. And getting service isn't something that takes 3 weeks to get an appointment! I've grown accustomed to the job being done right the first time (imagine that...) which drove me away from Momentum. Yeah, it is worth the drive. |
