I got a bill in the mail from Enterprise for a new windshield for the Civic they gave me for a "loaner". I must not have noticed it when I picked the car up, because I'm sure it didn't happen while I had it. I haven't paid them yet; I want to see pictures of it with the crack first.

Anyone else have similar experiences?

i walk those cars over completely before accepting them and make them note EVERY little problem, even paint chips.

i can't believe they didn't contact you...that's ballsy to just send a bill (or maybe it's no-ballsy).
