Greetings all.

New to the site.

Looking to buy a 93 UrS4 in Dallas and found a nice one but since I'm in Austin, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a Dallas mechanic (shop) that is knowledgable about the car to take it to for a PrePurchase Inspection.

Also, any purchasing advise would be helpful. I've read the buying guide on s-cars.org, but I'm always open to supplemental info. :)

I think thats pretty thorough and covers the unique aspects of the car. When Ed bought his 94 S4, he and I went through ever item on that list. Very useful. Have any local mechanic of worth check the rest.

Yeah, the testdrive I took in Ed's was very nice. I've read jimmy's page and have the checklist. It's finding the mechanic of worth that I'm working on. ;)
