My girlfriend's coming out to visit next weekend and she wants "ribs that melt in your mouth". So where are the best places to go for ribs?

you will think I am kidding, since it looks like a house that is about to fall down, but the beef is awesome, the sauce is the best, and the ribs are better than any I have had in Texas

Thelma is always there, serving food and running the register. For $6.75 you will get more food than you can possibly eat.

...just don't go to the one on Westheimer near Augusta -- they have a much less tasty version of beef ribs.
