There was some lady there with a flat on her Infinity and she commented she had just paid $39 at the Infinity dealer a few miles up the road in Harris Co. at that she wanted her $26.50 back, now knowing that's how much she could have saved by doing it where she lives. Why don't we just make everyone who drives a car that fails the emissions test pay for everyone else's test that passes the test?

So I don't have to pay for the imspections. Or so I tell my wife anyways....
