Wife just picked out as 2005.5 Audi A4 with 3.2 liter and auto transmission in Ocean Blue Pearl from North Bay Imports. Still have one year plus on 4y/50K warranty. What are my dealer service choices? Hoffman in East Hartford? Experience with them?

How about after the warranty? I hear North Bay does a fair amount of Audi servicing and I have seen Dynamic Auto in Rte 44 in Canton and hear he knows his stuff.

North Bay replaced my clutch. I am happy with their service. By the way, I work in Simsbury (Weatogue, actually).

I would bring my car to Jiffy Lube before going back to Hoffman for service.

(their main mechanic) is great, and he knows every inch of these cars. Dealer is my very last resource.
