Just another gush about Wagner Audi service in Boylston. Had the A8 in for it's 55K service and other bits.

Can't say enough about Pete and Stan, and the "human" way they treat customers. I know it's not gene splicing...but how come other area Audi dealers can't emulate the good things these guys are doing AT THE BACK OF THE HOUSE, where customers are truly made.

Always prompt, always connect with you during the day for updates / status

They appreciate the enthusiast: Never treat you like they think they know more about the car than you do....even though it's true they do :)- their Techs kick.

A clean low mileage loaner (08 A4 2.0t S-Line..got kinda attached to it)

Vehicle returned...buttoned up, clean, inside and out.

BTW....I did not purchase this vehicle from Wagner

Thought I'd give some credit where credit is due.

on the use of quotes around a word in writing-

"My man: when you are talking you say "quote-unquote" to indicate sarcasm. When you are writing you can just put things in quotes. As in: Jim Armstrong is a "journalist." He is also "funny" and "smart" and I "want to hang out with him" because he seems to have a lot of "good" "points.""<ul><li><a href="http://www.firejoemorgan.com/2008/04/heady-days.html">http://www.firejoemorgan.com/2008/04/heady-days.html</a</li></ul>

Quotation marks are for exactly the purpose one would assume -- for quotations -- repeating the exact words of someone else you are quoting (as you do at the beginning and end).
They are seldom (correctly) used any other way, except for titles where italics aren't an option.
Using them just for emphasis or 'sarcasm' is just wrong.
