My Audi collection has outgrown my garage and driveway....

Does anyone know of a secure garage available for rent in the metrowest area? One car, occasional access.

I'm looking for a long term arrangement.

Thanks!

2 years ago the price was $75/month. This year it's double that.

It's warm and dry, and not quite dead storage, but also not particularly secure.

At the price from 2 years ago, I'd be all over it...but $150/month is a bit steep.

I store my boat there every year.
Many classic and expensive cars go in and out all the time.
They will trickle charge your battery, fill your tires and keep your baby safe with live and dead storage options.
Steve is a stand up guy, tell him Barry sent you if you call.

I've used both. One place is an old paper storage building upstairs from a fairly well known hot rod shop. Lots of nice cars being stored there but the rub is they have to put your car on a pallet and use a boat hoist to lift it through a second floor door. (I couldn't watch as they hoisted my old Urq...)

The other place is run by another well known hot roder. He's got multiple metal buildings. One is heated the other two/three are not. He caters to the muscle car crowd. There is some SERIOUS $$$ being stored there... wicked nice guy, you'll have a hard time leaving once the car conversation gets going. When I dropped off the Urq last year, there were about a dozen or so folks there dropping cars off and stuff. Lets just say they were "amused" by the "little Audi".

I'm going back again this year with multiple cars. I'm trying to work a better deal with him based on the number I'm planning to store. I'm guessing the more the merrier. I haven't been able to check my home email yet but if you send me an email, I'll send you more details....
