I shipped a package through USPS and though the delivery confirmation says the package was received.. the person I sent it to says they did not receive it. I do have insurance on it for $200.00, so what do I do to get my money back?aaa

Since DC states package was delivered, it's no longer responsable for it.

Insured packages are supposed to be signed for by most carriers just leave em.

Had an issue last year where DC shows package delivered and receiver was trying to pull a scam.

They refused to cover the alleged loss.

You must use signature confirmation to prevent fraud.
