Went to start the car this morning and it was turning over but did not want to start. After a few tries the engine finally fired up. The car stays in a garage but the garage is not insulated or heated, so the 7degree temps I'm sure did not help. Car seems to be running fine but the ABS and ESP lights were on for the 10minute drive to work. Once at work I shut the car down, waited a minute and fired it back up with no problem. Once the car was running again the ABS light and ESP lights went off. Any idea what the issue could have been? I know the ABS and ESP systems go hand in hand so one would explain the other. Thoughts? TIA!

too?
No worries on getting back to me, I know how the holidays can be. Actually, no, I have not yet decided on which software to get. I'm looking for a cheap spare ECU to chip. Some things came up around that house that used the funds though so I'd like to do it in a month or two. Drop me an email. Thanks!

Radio goes into safe mode. Auto up/down doesnt work on the windows. The battery voltage meter reads only about 8volts when first putting the key in the ignition but once it finally starts and gets moving it's showing 16 volts. WTF! Gonna give AofN a call in the morning. Does anyone have any other thoughts? Thanks!

if its losing it memory, radio will go into safe. you will also lose the one touch windows, time, date etc. I've never seen a dying battery cause the abs/esp lights to come on but anything is possible with a dying battery.
