My mother is an amateur painter, and has had her own website (hosted by earthlink) for the last few years. She had to design it, and constantly needs to upload (pictures of) paintings to it. She's been having lots of trouble doing this, and quite frankly the site could use a freshening.

In addition to the thorough re-vamp of the website, she wants to be able to email pictures to whomever hosts/designs the site and they'll deal with uploading the photos.

Would you, or someone you know be able to take on this small project? Her website is down right now for reasons that have me writing this thread.
