Subj: NAAC Reminder: Elections and NAAC Reminders:
Elections: This is a reminder that the North Atlantic Audi Chapter is holding its inaugural election for the Board of Directors. Ballots can be found in the December Hubcentric that was sent to club members in mid-December or you can download a copy from the website. Please follow the instructions on the website carefully! Ballots need to be returned to the Secretary by 11am the morning of the Annual Meeting. Since ballots have been damaged in the mail on their way to the Secretary, we *highly* suggest for those of you who plan to mail your ballot in that you place it in an envelope and address it to the club Secretary at:

Annual Meeting: The North Atlantic Audi Club will hold its Annual Meeting starting at noon on January 20th, 2007 at the Longview Apartments in Waltham, MA. For those members that wish to hand-deliver election ballots, they can be delivered to the Secretary no later than 11am that morning. Ballot counting will commence promptly at 11am and members are invited to observe the ballot validation/counting.
All NAAC members are welcomed and encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting where we will discuss club activities of the past year, plans for the coming year, and will happily answer any of your questions or concerns. We'd love to see you! Please RSVP to annualmeeting@naaclub.org no later than 5pm on Wednesday, January 17th so we can get a headcount for copies of materials and lunch (starting at 11:30) which will be provided. We expect the meeting to go no later than 5pm. While nothing formal is planned for dinner, it is likely that many of us will get take out or go out somewhere nearby after the meeting so plan to stay if you can.
