I'm debating on taking my S4 into Boston to see a few friends rather then leave it at the T station at Lowell. Both idea's don't seem to safe for the car, but I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas where I could park my car and not worry about coming out to it with no headlights, or even worse not sitting in the space I left it. Any help would be appreciated.

Stay away from the garage between the HCC and Berkeley School of Music on Boylston. When I used to go into town a lot I parked there twice and both times had my windshield smashed. No more parking there.

And for a Sox game the Pru is only $15 and the walk is only 10 minutes to the park. Get there early though or they try to make you use valet parking. Ugh!

I always see a ton of modded S4s in there, so it must be pretty safe.

I'd say the safest area in boston is parking your car on newbury st. Because of the fact that there are 200000 witnesses watching if your car gets f'ed up. =)...otherwise i'd park in the boston common garage too, but it gets pricey

I'd think any car would be safe parked ON Mass Ave between Central and Harvard Squares. There are so many cops around there (Cambridge Police Station is right behind the 7-11 in Central Square) that you shouldn't have to worry about vandals. Then hop on the Red Line for two stops and you're downtown.

Any garage in Boston will be pretty safe.
Prudential/Copley Mall is very conviniently located.

I don't doubt that some people worry about losing headlights, but I've really never felt like my car was in danger. The best rule of thumb I could give here is to take in your surroundings- odds are that unless you're in an RS4 or RS6 your car is NOT the best one around to mess with. For some reason I never sweat damage on my Audi when there are a dozen pricier cars on the same block. :)

A sigh of relief seeing it all repaired. You got e-codes too and probably some fresh paint. Glad you stuck with the S as I've known many who have sold around Boston.
