in Burlington. Apparently they are going to build a new, first class building right across the street on the other side of route 3A and move the operation over there.
The staff at P&W seem pretty excited about the news.

a lot of improvement. More service bays, more techs would be a big improvement.

I just hope that it doesn't turn out to be like the Herb Chambers BMW dealership.

Good move on their part, that dealership is teeny tiny, in need of an expansion.

They looked at the car, changed the engine oil, did not touch the filter, and said that the engine was ok..didn't touch the transmission, and charged me for the oil change AND for transmission work.
Talked to a couple of friends who are/were local board members of BMWCCA, and tey told me to take it to Jim Albright Mighty Motors, and that HC BMW has a rep. for shafting the customers. So about 2 weeks later, I took it to Mr. Albright, and he said that they didn't even look at the tranny..or they would have seen the leak, and that the tranny was bone dry..he fixed the whole thing.

Ira Audi/Porsche in Danvers also just moved to a much nicer and bigger Audi only sales floor just down the road in Rt. 114.
Their reason was product expansion and competing brands (Cayenne with Q7). They have a couple of RS4's and about 6 or 7 Q7's which I test drove again.
The P&W at Burlington has always had the space problem. It is a very crowded and small parking lot. It would be nice if the new owner expands.
