I used to get work done at Ira but I've had a series of negative services with them over the past year. It's an hour's drive for me to go to Ira, versus Bernardi being local.

60K service(major) done and was very satisfied all around. I worked with Ian, but also have been very pleased working with Chris.

they did an oil change (35k), and took care of the worn light switch and mirror knob, but they ordered the wrong part for the mirror knob. The tech also put a small sctrach on my center console, but I am meeting with the service manager today to talk about them replacing the trim. If they make good on this damage, they get my thumbs up...but I'll have to keep an eye on them in the future.

Thankfully, they have only needed routine work so far, and service has been fine.

They have done timing belt, tierods, oil-changes etc...and lots of other reg maintence stuff. My
car has about 80K on it right now.

I have really liked dealing with Mike Teachout (a fellow Audi enthusiast) and Ian (?) as service advisors.
