Might be bringing my A4 this week to get the A/C system looked at to see whats going on with it...Anyone in particular I should be asking for??

Promises a phone call; never get one.

Promises the car will be done by x date; never done.

I went to the dealer 5 times for the SAME ISSUE. And the issue was a friggin A-pillar trim replacement. THAT'S IT. A 5 minute job took probably 10 total hours of my time.

He's a good guy, but I can't see myself taking the car there when the warranty's up. That said, I have to take the car back soon, for the final hurrah...warranty's up next month...
