Last weekend I crewed and took photos for <a href="http://www.DTMPower.net">DTMPower</a> on their New England trip to <b>Bimmerfest NYC</b> and <i><a href="http://www.bavauto.com/">Bavarian Autosport</a></i>'s yearly <b>Show &amp; Shine</b>. We drove up Friday afternoon, returning Monday afternoon. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves for the shows.

Other highlights included seeing fabrication of <a href="http://www.theexperience.com/index.php"><i>Performance Motorsport</i></a>'s new 2000 hp 350Z drag car using a stock 3.5L block... they have an impressive shop!

Special thanks also to <a href="http://www.speedtechnik.com/"><i>Speed Technik</i></a> in Norwalk, CT for taking in Dado's Turbo M3 after Bimmerfest for it's overhaul.

Oh great, that's my '91 Wagon with the "AUDI" plate and the "Carrol Shelby for President" sticker! I was supposed to be doing the grocery shopping and not over at Bavarian Auto and cheating on my wife in Portsmouth. Great, just GREAT!

The car, by the way, has 64,000 miles on it, one of 149 imported to the US in 1991. I acquired from the original owner this last spring, and its never seen snow. In fact, it's going into winter storage in a few weeks. I have another wagon like it with higher miles. This gold wagon just pulled a 14.7+ sec. qtr. mile at NE Dragway this week. Just chipped, that's it.
