I do my own oil, trust me do it your self you'll save a ton of cash and it takes 20 min. My car is still under warranty but I hear Bob's Automotive is good, they deal with VW's and Audi's mainly. It's in West Springfield on that street with the White Hut. I think their labor rate is like $40/hr better than F&S at $90. Good Luck.

they suck though. All 4 of my rims got scraped when I went in to have my summer tires put back on. Justin is my service advisor. He is a good guy and takes care of me. The guys working downstairs don't give a crap about your car. My brother has a 02 A4 3.0 and they did some damage to his interior when he went in for service. Took them 4 months to get it fixed. Ordered the wrong parts 3 times. My rims are supposedly getting fixed next week. Let's see how they come out. If they come out crappy and I don't get new ones I will be finished with Hoffman. It is too bad because I like Dave German, the salesman I bought the car from and Justin. The guys in the parts department are also nice.
