So,
I'm currently researching new automobiles prior to my buying and as it is the A4 and the IS are at the top of my list; however, I'm relocating to the New-England area in about four months ( I currently live in a coastal city in Southern California, Palos Verdes Estates.. ) and I'm wondering if anyone who has had either car can give me some advice as to which will stand up better to the New England climate ( I'm moving to Hartford for business. ) From the test drive I thought the IS handled much better and it's certainly sportier than the A4 but I don't know how they stack up on the other side of the country.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

i just sold my IS300 much to the dismay of my family (my uncle is GM of a lexus dealership). i drive a ton for business and wit hthe winter we just had, i just couldn't deal anymore. i got stuck three times bad enough that i needed help to get out. if it is going to be your everyday driver, i'd go for the audi.
