Hi all. I currently drive a 2000 New Beetle Turbo, and will be the proud new owner of a 99 A6 Avant Quattro by the end of the week.

Looking for any input on Providence area shops recommended for service and support on VW/Audis.

I have had poor experiences with all VW dealer service shops to date and both vehicles are out of original warrantee, so I'm looking to find someone I can work with, and not be pissed off everytime I do :)

I agree..Inskip is the best in RI. Patrick motors in Woscester is also good.

Try Shine Racing Service in Walpole MA. About 30 minutes on 95N from Providence. Website is srsvw.com I've had my VW Corrado serviced there for over 6 years and now the're taking care of my 99.5 A4 Avant. No warranty so the KO4 is going on first week of April. They are a GIAC and AWE dealer as well. Ed-
