I just got home from class tonight, and 1st and 2nd gear are sticking really bad (its been going on since I bought the car 2 weeks ago), grinding in and out of gear. I've driven manual for years and found in the cold this can be an issue. But this seems to be on going, even out of the garage after a good amount of idle.

It feels like the synchros are shot, is anybody else having this problem, or had it in the past.

I also noticed, now that I am being anal, a very loud clicking noise from under the air intake and from under the headers. Am I being stupid and these are common noises due to the turbo, or should I have the service dept investigate.

And finally, sorry this is long, but has any one had experience with Valenti Audi Service Dept., Watertown? Good, Bad?
