Clair has a few loaners (4 Honda's and 1 Audi)but, you need to request the Audi in advance (like 2-3 weeks). This is still no guarantee that the Audi will be available. This is a classic reference to that Seinfeld episode..."they know how to take the reservation but, the don't quite know how to HOLD the reservation".

It is really frustrating.

The pushed me to use the Audi service plan to rent a car and be reinbursed by Audi USA.

Bernardi in Natick has a car rental facility onsite - which is ok - but you'll be forced to drive a Camry or a Taurus.

On the flipside, my wife has a 3 series and when we reserve a loaner I usually end up with a 525 or a 530 (BMW gallery in Norwood). Not too shabby.

I still prefer Audi's service plan over BMW's...anyday!!!
