My Home Owners Assoc. (which I am HMFIC) is planning to change Management companies at the end of next year. I know many people in here probable live in an HOA community. I'm curious who you have for a Management company, what your general feelings are (besides the usual rants) about them.

Currently we are with MSI, Management Specialists.
