If anyone is planning to drive from Colorado Springs to Breck or any place west of Divide I would reconsider. They just chip sealed it yesterday. On the way in this morning in the wifes Subaru we got the windshield rock heavily three times by big trucks going the other direction. Then when we got back onto pavement we discovered 1/4" of tar and rocks coating the tires. It was like driving the Flintstone mobile.
