I mean, I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable car buff, and I don't know hardly any of these questions. I thought I would grab a small stack and give you guys a go at them.

1. Who said "It's not that we make such bad cars, it's that they are such lousy customers."?

2. What can be found on Hogback Road?

3. Who was "The Maverick" in drag racing?

4. What year did the Auto Union finally achieve 270mph?

5. What does DFV stand for?

6. What license plate says "Famous Red Lake Walleye"?

7. What company built the Fleetmaster?

8. What nationality is Emerson Fittipaldi?

9. In what kind of racing are the races called motos?

10. What is "Ditzler" known for?

11. What kind of car does Barbie and Ken drive?

12. In what year was General Motors chartered?

13. Who built Canada's first steam buggy?

14. Where do you find banking?

15. What will an "Escort" do for you (not the car)?

16. What American car emblem features a crest and wreath?

17. When did Henry Ford II drive the first post WWII car off the assembly line?

18. What was Virgil Exner's occupation?

19. What famous race was held in Watkins Glen, New Your for twenty years?

20. Who built the Fire-Dome V-8?

21. What was "Maybellene" in?

22. Name the four Edsel models.

23. What early auto pioneer's motto was "Never give up"?

24. What is considered to be the official racing color of Britain?

25. What is DIN?

I know some of these questions, but it's less than 25% I'm sure. Do you guys know most of these? Man, I was all excited but now I'm thinking I don't know crap about car trivia!

since the question was "when did Henry Ford drive the first POST WAR Ford off of the assembly line."

Well, Japan didn't announce their surrender until August of 1945 and it was formalized until September of 1945. Nothing would be "post war" then until at least Sept 1945.

Then I said, what the hell, no one cares anymore anyways..............
