I just wanted to see where it was so that I would know if I ever went down for an event. I was surprised when the gates were open and I pulled in to the bandstand to see what I could see of the course. A truck pulled in and I thought I was going to get busted for trespassing but he was super nice! He asked, "So did you drive around the road course to see what it was like?"

I tried not to get my hopes up but ased, "You wouldn't mind?"

"Sure, just take it kinda easy."

Oh yeah, a freebee track all to myself and I had enough time to do it. So me and my robots (I was doing a demo later) went for a couple hot laps.

Now, I've never been in a situation where there was no consequence for driving hard, and it had to be the equivilant of smoking crack. That was at 1pm and I'm still stupified by the thrill I got from that. Heck, I wasn't even pushing that hard, but I am able to tell you the car is actually quite neutral in a fast sweeper! ;-)

Oh my, I think I'm going to need therepy because I can't aford this habit!!

It was for show-and-tell with a video. Only fills the trunk.

I think the extra 100lbs in the trunk might have helped! ;-)

And yes I do know about Nasa, I just couldn't resist...
