What are nice bars, etc I should be looking at? Anybody have a hookup, maybe somewhere we could get a private room/table?

Old Chicago(old town) has private rooms (but not a fan of their bar.
Jacksons has a area you can reserve in the back - but it is open to the rest of the bar.

Mark will probably have some better suggestions.
