Long story short, I was trying to buy a 2000 S4 six speed transmission from them on August 16th. They said that it will ship out and I should receive it in 5 to 7 business days. Two weeks later nothing. After about a million voicemails they said that they were using a third party shipper and it was held up because the shipper didn't get the bill of lading papers. They told me that I should get it in a 3 to 5 days. A week later nothing. Again a million voicemails and threatnening legal action they are finally refunding me my money back.

I find out that they showed me a picture from a competitor. I call up the competitor and he tells me hat they did not pay him and that's why he didn't ship it. Now what kind of business pratice is that? I guess I should've did a better research on them before giving them my money but they shouldn't have sold anything that they didn't have.

Anyone one in Littleton, CO that knows them? Tell them that I am reporting them to the BBB and telling everyone not to use them. Sorry for the long rant.
