So I've had this problem for a while but I finally am getting fed up with it and want to get it fixed. My problem is that I am having no luck finding the culprit. I get a strange knock or thud like noise from my rear suspension going over even small bumps. At first I thought since it was on the driver side it could be my exhaust but all the mounts seem solid there and if I get under it and crank it around it makes no noise. The shocks/springs don't seem to make any noise when I press down on the bumper to compress them or when I lift the car via a jack. I'm a bit perplexed so any help would be much appreciated.
