and for my christmas gift my girlfriend came thru and got me an oem rs4 bumper and fogs. I know these take a little more effort to install, so my question is what shops are recommende around here (I am in Lakewood), and what should I expect for cost? Thanks for the advice.

Congratulations and SVE is the place to go. When I talked to them it was around $800 IIRC for the forming, painting and installing of the RS4 bumper.

Oh well, wouldnt want to hurt her feelings and not have it done....
