Beijing, Shanghai (met Nagaro there), then Hong Kong. Amazing places and also amazing the differences between each. Really liked Hong Kong, just like you said I would. Even got to tour the Jeep Beijing plant...plenty of differences between US/Japan manufacturing and China's....where ever we would have a robot, they have a several people. No eye/head/ear protection at all, they prefer not to use it. People are expendible, that's for sure. Great to hear about business there, lots of opportunity!

The pollution is HORRIBLE though. Stinky exhaust and factories....supposedly people that live there have lots of asthma, etc. So much smog. China recently put in emissions standards but NO ONE adhere's to it, so that effectively have none. Bleh.

I hated to go from my manufacturing in Japan to HP Malaysia - because of the stark contrast differences - just like you said.
